- The program officially runs for 7-weeks from 12 January to 1 March 2026.
- Live group calls will take place each Monday at 11am AEST / Sunday at 8pm EST via Zoom, starting Monday 19 January.
- Live calls are not compulsory - replays will be provided after each session.
